Local cuisine

Forian cuisine, which embraces ancient traditions rooted in the gastronomic culture of peoples, particularly Catalans and Saracens, who in ancient times subjugated Ischia but Forio in particular.
Genuine cuisine, with fresh ingredients, which represent the heart and soul of the restaurant, such as extra virgin olive oil, aubergines, tomatoes, pumpkins, courgettes, wine and many others.
Sea specialities
The selected fresh catch is always on the menu: fresh fish of the day grilled or baked, grilled swordfish, marinated anchovy fillets, mixed fried fish, octopus salad, mussels and seafood, all served with sauces of cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
Pasta
The pasta is specific for each dish: fresh, egg, from Gragnano (spaghetti, tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, linguine, paccheri, penne, gnocchi, ravioli).
